ENGLEWOOD, Fla. (March 17, 2016) – Rehabilitation of the Tom Adams Bridge, located at 1400 Beach Road, will begin Monday, March 29. Construction of the new Tenderhouse foundation will be conducted from barges, but material deliveries will require intermittent, temporary lane and sidewalk closures. To minimize traffic delays, material deliveries are scheduled Monday thru Friday from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. and overnight from 9 p.m. - 5 a.m. and anytime on the weekends. Traffic signs, message boards and flaggers will be on-site as needed to direct traffic. More information about the Tom Adams Bridge Rehabilitation Project is available at www.CharlotteCountyFL.gov  – click Project Status Updates in the Popular Links list on the left.
